We’ve got a rare Leap Year 5th February Thursday coming up, so we’re bringing an old favorite back to celebrate! The Every-So-Often Ulster County Grown-Up (Not Adult) Spelling Bee.

Signups start at 6:00 p.m., the spelling bee starts at 6:30 p.m., and players must be 21 to participate. It’s $10 to play - we’ll have room for 24 participants (your name will go in a hat at signups, and anyone not selected will get their money back). All entry fees go directly to cash prizes for first, second, and last place, plus we’ll have drink giveaways and other prizes for spectators between rounds.

If you ever wanted some sweet redemption for all your middle school failures and/or humiliations, this is the night. Don’t miss your chance for festivity, fraternization, felicitation, and flummery!
